Mr. DiTommaso is a partner of the Lenrock Management Group, LP and partner and Senior Vice President of Lenrock Real Estate Partners, LLC to which he brings 16 years of commercial and residential real estate construction, project development, and property management knowledge and experience. Mr. DiTommaso was a founding partner of Ivy Equities Management, Inc., a real estate firm that today owns and manages over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate in the New York metropolitan tri-state area. At Ivy from 1996 through 2004, he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Construction and Property Management, responsible for all tenant and capital improvement and development, facilities operations, and personnel. Prior to his position at Ivy Equities, from 1992 through 1995, Mr. DiTommaso was Executive Vice President of Richmond Properties, LLC, managing 40 outpatient healthcare facilities for Professional Sports Care, Inc., supervising all construction and facility alterations and tenant\landlord relations. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. DiTommaso was a project manager for The Interstate Companies, an $80 million in revenue construction and development company, where he budgeted, scheduled, staffed, and purchased materials for site work, foundations, interior sheetrock and carpentry for types of large, commercial construction projects. Mr. DiTommaso attended the University of Pittsburgh.
